Fun Fact "Paco's Paella" is Brisbane based, so you can be assured you are getting the best possible local service around!

Q1. How much space do you need to cook your paella?

All we need is a 3x3 meter flat space, undercover area with appropriate lighting and access to water. Please note kitchen use may be required for hand washing and crockery washing. If this isn’t available we can use a laundry or water access point.

Q2. Is paella gluten free?

Our paella is gluten free and dairy free and contains no sugar or preservatives.

 
Q3. When does full payment need to be made?

Full payment needs to be made no less than one week prior.

Q4. When do final numbers need to be made?

Two weeks prior we need to have a confirmed number. Any last minute additions may be made up to one week prior.

Q5. Do you provide plates and cutlery? Or can we hire crockery too? 

We do have Bamboo cutlery and plates for an extra $1.70 per guest or feel free to provide your own. Neither paella, tapas or churros require any knives. Perfect for any sitting or standing event.

Q7. Do I need to provide a salad? Or something with it?

We do have a range of mediterranean salads to choose from. However, our paella is complete with either meat or seafood and freshly cooked vegetables.

Q8. How much is each portion?

Roughly 100 grams per person. Very filling and we always allow for seconds to whomever is quick enough!

Q9. Are the churros frozen?

No, our churros are freshly made and coated with sugar and chocolate dipping sauce.

Q10. What time will you arrive to setup and start cooking?

Approximately 2.5 hours prior to serving time.

Q11. Can I get a few different types of paella?

Yes. Varieties of paella available on the night may differ dependent on how many guests we will be catering for. This will be discussed at time of booking.

Q12. How long does is take to cook a paella?

Approximately two hours, so please expect us to arrive at least 2.5 hours before serving time for set up and cooking time.

Q13. Is your paella authentic?

Our paella is a traditional Spanish recipe passed down from our Abuela.
