BOOKING CONDITIONS & CATERING REQUIREMENTS

Each Paella serves a minimum of 30 people. Please keep this in mind when selecting how much you will need for your event. We are unable to provide any refunds for over-estimations of required catering.

For safety and cooking requirements, on the day we will require the following;

Access to fresh water

Undercover for daytime events and rain forecasted

Good lighting

Clear access for the delivery of equipment & set-up

Clear, flat cooking & serving area
We also ask that you keep children and animals away from the cooking area whilst cooking takes place.
Serving time:
​
We endeavour to always serve every guest with paella fresh out of the pan. That is why we need to stick to a strict serving time. Please communicate any potential delays as far in advance as possible with the Chef.

Cancellation Policy:

Guest numbers are to be in no less than one week prior to event date. Within a week of the confirmed event date numbers may increase however not decrease.

Covid-19 Government Guidelines will be adhered with 100% of any amount refunded.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm booking.

Full payment is to be made no less than one week prior to event.

Cancellation within 14 days of event; 35% charge

Cancellation within 7 days of event; 55% charge

Cancellation within 3 days of event; 80% charge
